Requirements:
Sr. PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Main responsibilities include:- Manage all activities related to production engineering in conjunction with relevant department.
- Responsible for well surveillance and production optimization thru workover, well intervention, facility modification and other production enhancement techniques, and completion design.
- Plan for acquiring and evaluating well and reservoir surveillance data to identify, mature and implement optimization opportunities to enhance field production thru well intervention, acid stimulation, workover, gas lift optimization, scale management, surface facility modification and de-bottlenecking projects.
- Analyze individual gas lift performances, diagnostic and troubleshooting and ensure optimum production from gas lifted wells.
- Perform Nodal analysis and network modeling to optimize wells production and facility.
- Responsible for well intervention scopes, requirements and well services pack. Follow up with well services engineer counterpart to ensure efficient implementation.
- Monitor execution of WP&B and/or POD and revise as necessary to optimize the value of the field.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- A minimum 12 years of E&P experience in a minimum 3 various positions/companies in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in offshore operations, gas lift, scale problem, and carbonate formation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude for mentoring less experience staff
- Ability to sense problem, design solution and do new things.

FIELD TECHNICAL GEOTECHNICAL
Qualification:
- Degree Civil Engineering or Master degree specializing in Geotechnics from a reputable university
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 2 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a COMPANY and or CONTRACTOR representative.
- Has clear skill level knowledge of field geotechnical campaigns.
Technical Competencies:
- HSSE systems/requirements
- Design of deep and shallow foundations
- Specifying and supervising field investigation campaigns
- Supervising laboratory testing
SENIOR SPECIALIST PIPELINE SOIL INTERACTION
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering related field, and ideally be professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body
- Minimum 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 10 years experience in Geotechnical Analysis and Interpretation, related to Pipeline design, Experience with Pipe Soil Interaction study with Finite element modelling to assess pipe soil interaction, Experience in Deepwater Survey projects supporting SURF, Pipeline, and Onshore plant facilities

SENIOR METOCEAN SURVEYOR (VESSEL AND OFFICE)
Requirements:
- Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Science related discipline
- Minimum 15 years experience in offshore metocean or oceanographic campaign
- This will include a minimum of 6 years directly supervising offshore metocean and oceanographic campaigns
Job Description :
- Act as company Metocean office and field representative during the execution of the metocean campaign
- The role comprises work in company office in Jakarta prior to sail away and in beetwen the service visits to ensure survey preparedness and reviewing contractor documentation and deliverables
- In addition the role requires representing the company’s interest onboard the vessel during in campaign. Onboard roles and responsibilities during service visits are primarily HSSE focused
- Liaise and work with the contractor’s HSSE Focal Point to bring about Goal Zero delivery

- Act as dayshift superintendent/supervisor field representative during the execution of the campaign
- Bringing HSSE governance and QA/QC oversight during the campaign
- In addition to representing the company’s interest onboard the vessel during the campaign and coordinating/liasing with the company Lead Geophysical surveyor
- Liaise and work with the contractor’s HSSE Focal Point to bring about Goal Zero delivery
