1. HSE Coordinator

Qualifications:

Minumun S1 Safety in K3 or technical background and have minimum 12 years experiences in industrial safety fields inculding 3 years minimum in oil and gas construction/production and/or EPC related fields
Good command in English (speaking and writing) is required
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are essential
Certificate K3 Migas or general and previous experience as HSE Coordinator
A strong background in safety codes of Practices and Standards (OHSA, NFPA, Safety laws, etc) and Goverment of Indonesia laws of safety and environment
Knowledgeable and experienced in developing and implementing safety and enviromental program
Maximal 45 years old
Placement at Rokan & Beringin - Riau & Prabumulih.

2. Project Control

Qualifications:

Graduated with a bachelor degree of engineering
Good command in English (speaking and writing) is required. Excelent communication skills (oral and written) are essential
Experience min. 10 years ( min 5 years in the same role in managerial), working with multinational EPC Company, with project experiences in constructions and insfrastucture, mining, petrochemical, refinery plant, heavy equipment industrial or manufacturing project (upstream and downstream project)
Extensive familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications and scheduling software (primavera and microsoft project)
Advising project team on cost control and contract compliance
Performs project schedule analysis and indetifies potential problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for duscussion and/or decision
Tracking progress and reports against actual cost and preparing and updating weekly and monthly project cost reports
To ensure that Post Project Critiques (PPC) and Close Out Reprts (COR) are well documented and issued after project completion

3. Project Engineer/Lead Engineer

Qualifiations:

Graduated with a bachelor degree of engineering
Good command in English (speaking and writing) is required. Excelent communication skills (oral and written) are essential
Experinced min. 12 years (with 5 years in the same role in managerial), working with multinational EPC Company, with project experiences in contruction for infrastucture, mining, petrochemical, rerinery plant, heavy equipment industrial for manufacturing project (upstream and downstream project)
Produce all of Project Management (PMT) Produce/Plan and prepare for deliverable list, and then riview for other procedures/plan such us QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Contruction/Fabrication and Commissioning
Ensure that the detail included in the procedures are fully understand and properly applied by construction personnel and that all project preparation is in order
Riview project planning with a view to improve on the completion date, if possible during implementation
Riview detail engineering document such us dasis desain, specification, data sheet calculation and drawing
Know about the current progress of the project with respect to planning and should be able to give details of why project ahead/behind schedule at all times
Max. 45 years old

PT Elnusa Tbk. was founded as PT Electronika Nusantara based on Indonesia Corporate Establishment Act No.18, dated 25th January 1969, Indonesia Corporate Capital Change No.10, dated 13th February 1969 as witnessed by notary Tan Thong Kie. Such establishment data was recorded at Republic of Indonesia Hall of Record No.35, Annex No.58, dated 2nd May 1969. PT Elnusa named by 9th September 1969.

Elnusa started as a state-owned oil and gas PT Pertamina’s operations support services company. Its services include maintenance and reparation of Pertamina’s vessel shipboard electronic communications equipment, navigational equipment and radar system. Oil tankers owned by other companies working under contract with Indonesia state-owned oil and gas companies were also part of Elnusa clientele.
