1. Data Controller & Consolidator

Job Role Summary:

• Provide guided administrative support to client group.
• May be functional based role that supports mid-level managers and events with limited exposure.
• May support executing or overseeing key processes for a broader team rather than general, individualized support.
• Develop foundational skills and knowledge to execute tasks and utilize technology.
• Build skills by identifying resources.
• Learn about the business through mentoring relationships and asking questions.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Manage expense reports, invoices, time writing, and time keeping
• May coordinate scheduling of meetings for client group
• Process personnel logistics activities including org charts and communication
• Manage office logistics
• Make travel arrangements as necessary
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as necessary
• May support a key process for a broader team or organization

2. Warehouse Supervisor

Job Role Summary:

• Daily operational oversight of supply chain procurement operations, including direct supervision of assigned warehouse staff and personnel.
• Stewardship includes the management of EM Owned storage facilities, 3rd Party Storage Facilities and the oversight of 3rd Party Managed Warehouses.
• Supervision includes but not limited to inventories management and transaction processes required to support operations for all MRO Stock, Capital Spares, Non-Stock Material and any applicable Project Material.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in day to day operations through effective communications, coaching, training and development
• Ensure effective safety, security and controls performance that meets the global standard
• Oversight and stewardship of assigned personnel in all aspects of warehouse operations; Goods receiving, issuing, storage, and other basic warehouse functions
• Ensure warehouse employees are trained and operate consistent with established procedures, controls and Supply Chain Handbook
• Ensure inventory management activities are performed in compliance with established procedures, controls and Procurement Warehouse Handbook (physical inventories, dormant stock reviews, etc.)
• Administrative Activities: Timesheet management, Metrics stewardship and reporting, stock replenishment approvals, goods/services approvals, controls reports, etc.
• Communicate regularly with the Business Unit Supervisors / Management to assess warehouse performance and develop action plans to continually improve on performance to meet clients objectives
• Manage operating budgets and compliance of local federal and state regulations.
• Perform ongoing personnel performance assessment and counseling
• Special projects as assigned.

3. Manufacture Cost Analyst

Job Role Summary:

Provides analytical support, insights, conclusions, and recommendations to Management, which may include analysis of margins, opex and other key financial and operating KPIs associated with business performance against the annual P&B. May include coordination of benchmarking. activities.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Maintains strong capabilities in financial and business analysis through clear focus, improved processes, knowledge build and use of analytical tools.
• As applicable, coordinate corporate governance processes including but not limited to P&B, F&O, Quarterly Stewardship, Dallas Briefings and management updates
• May coordinate and develop annual plan and 5 year plan
• Functional monitoring, analysis and support on various activities such as portfolio profitability, volume analysis, and performance against other business KPI targets, as applicable.
• May include benchmarking analysis and overall competitive performance across the manufacturing or logistics assets.
• May be responsible for analyzing bad debt and credit trends and develops action plans and long term vision plans to help minimize credit risk
• May consolidate plan KPIs for the appropriate geographic region including: SSHE, Opex, Earnings, Workforce, Capital, and other metrics
• Facilitate alignment on P&B basis between functions, businesses, and other EM companies, as appropriate.
• May facilitate communications between supporting networks, shared services, and functions on P&B basis, stewardship, and improvement plans delivery.
• As appropriate, create periodic dataflex reports associated with results for the position's functional or geographic area
• May oversee cost allocation basis in SAP
• May maintain and update as needed the SAP cost center hierarchy and advise interfaces of any hierarchy changes, new cost center creation requests, cost center closures, etc.
• May be responsible for capital programs (facilitate Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) program, project close-out stewardship, etc.), monthly capital accruals.
