Job Description
To ensure the terminal activities at Shell, we are currently looking for an experienced Terminal Operations Coordinator to join our team in managing and will make sure that process is align with Shell standard documentation.
What's the role?
The Terminal and OSP Compliance Coordinator will assist and support Lead & Facilities Manager in the implementation and compliance monitoring of existing alliances and cooperation (JO/JV/JOU/Rationalization) agreements between Shell and industry partners.
Some of the key deliverables and responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- To ensure that Terminal Operations activities in Shell operated terminals and Outside Supply Points (OSP) are compliant with all legal and group requirements and standards.
- Carry out regular/periodic reviews and performance monitoring of Shell operated terminals, Outside Supply Points (OSP), existing JO, JV, JOU and rationalization agreements to ensure compliance, identify issues and presents recommendation to address/resolve issues and propose measures for efficiency.
- Coordinates the scheduling and actual implementation of physical inventory of Shell operated terminals, OSP, the JO, JV, JOU, rationalization and other cooperation fixed assets.
- Monitor and reconcile the payable and receivable accounts related to JO, JV, JOU, rationalization and other cooperation expenditures and coordinate the prompt settlement of accounts.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators for each terminal/depot under Shell operated terminals, OSP, the JO, JV, JOU, rationalization and other cooperation projects.
- Support line management in the management of common issues with respect to existing and prospective OSP, the JO, JV, JOU, rationalization and other cooperation participants.
- Coordinate and ensure that all scheduled meetings are planned in advance and ensure that all Ops Com, Man Com and similar meetings are held as scheduled. Postponement or se-setting of meetings must have justification/explanation from the party that made the change proposal.
- Monitor and maintain stock additive and dye in all terminals.
- Relief Shore Officer Gresik.
- Back up Tank Meter Reconciler.
Requirements
What we need from you?
- Leadership and Management skills (project management, strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills)
- Sound analytical capability, with ability to drill down to root causes of problems and implement corrective action.
- Creative but pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Helicopter view ability.
- Good PC and system skills.
- Sound understanding of the critical cost factors in Distribution, or ability to learn this rapidly.
- Good understanding of other business and their SLA with Distribution.
- Enterprise first behavior.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate distribution industry analysis, distribution planning & exchanges, personal & business and HSSE Management.
In addition, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate distribution transport operations & technology knowledge and distribution operations and asset management.
