1. Field Technical Analyst / Data Analyst

Location: Cikarang or Balikpapan
Employment type: Permanent Hire

Job Summary:
The GSS Data Analyst is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The GSS Data Analyst identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. This person monitors the well to provide timely and factual information to our customers; maintains sensors, equipment, and data acquisition equipment; and delivers high quality data to the customer at the wellsite.

Successful Data Analysts have good knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques and can communicate effectively with managers, peers and customers. They have good technical and data monitoring and synthetic skills and have the ability to develop strong professional relationships with the customer to inspire trust and confidence. They are accurate and rigorous in data reporting and use logic to solve problems. They learn quickly and easily adapt to new systems and situations while managing and providing support, coaching and guidance to less experienced employees.

Responsibilities:

• Is directly responsible for the effective management of the Mud Logging unit, including personnel, equipment, supplies and maintenance, and rig up/down.
• Is aware of, and respects all safety regulations and procedures, as specified by the customer, drilling operator or relevant safety authorities.
• Communicates information regarding primary well control and well integrity during well site operations to the customer.
• Maintains and analyzes the volume balance sheet during well site operations.
• Designs an accurate and comprehensive drilling log according to the customer's format.
• Is responsible for the daily reporting, ad-hoc customer requested reports and the end of well report.
• Interacts with personnel at the well site to ensure the prevention of events that may give rise to the wellbore insecurity.
• Provides technical advice and assistance in core recovery and core description.
• Keeps the confidentiality of the customers well data.
• Ensures the highest standard of professional conduct at the well site.
• Continuously improves the service quality delivery and communicates all improvement opportunities to the Unit Supervisor.

Qualification And Behavior:

• Bachelor of science degree in geology, geological applied sciences, earth sciences or applied sciences.
• Minimum Three years’ experience of Mud Logging operations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English language, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

2. Coiled Tubing Field Specialist/Supervisor

Location: Balikpapan

Employment type: Permanent hire

Job Summary:

The WS General Field Specialist - CTS organizes, oversees and performs all kinds of jobs with assigned equipment and people, safely and efficiently. Provides Service Delivery with flawless Service Quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures. He/She will report to WS Product & Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies. Wears all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required & maintains required HS&E & SQ certifications up-to-date.
• Ensures that the correct People, Equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by client, with no deviations from KSQR and contingency plans in place. Ensures pre job meetings are held with WS Personnel, Client and third party personnel. Is accountable for the complete Service Delivery process to the Client.
• Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client. Recognizes risks associated with the operation, and reduces these risks to as low as reasonably possible. Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site, and initiates the district's Management of Change procedure(s). Ensures that all Well Services employees and contractors at the work site are in compliance with WS Safety Standards and other, relevant standards. Ensures that all personnel assigned are competent to drive and/or operate their assigned equipment.
• Completes all the required pre and post job paper work and job tickets on time and without errors as per company policies.
• Ensures preventive maintenance on WS equipment is performed as per WS Standard 03 and that unit/s is/are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.
• Performs KSQR inspections, CAT Self Assessments to ensure compliance with WS and SLB QHSE Standards.
• Participates in the District HS&E & Quality initiatives and programs (e.g. SOIM's, Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives, LPT and SQC).
• Performs Risk Analysis (e.g. HARC, JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards. Corrects and report hazards immediately in QUEST or to Supervisor.
• Develops Technical knowledge in design and evaluation working closely with the mentor.
• Works with Manager and FDE to prepare for future career options.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced employees. Acts as a role model for all field operations people.
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor. function objectives or needs.

Qualification and Behavior:

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Diploma (D3/D4) plus associate in related science
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as CT supervisor (offshore is preferable)
• Have BOSIET training/Well Control Certificate is preferable (optional)
• Good communication skill, both oral and written.
• Must have strong ethics in dealings with sensitive information.
• Ability to demonstrate principled leadership with sound business ethics and consistency with principles, values, and behavior
