1. Mooring Master
The position is responsible for the safe and efficient control and coordination of all export tanker mooring operations at the marine terminal. Including berthing, un-berthing and associated cardo transfer activities and for ensuring that all marine operations and activities within the marine terminal are coordinated and conducted in accordance with regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Also responsible for the monitoring and coordinating of all aspects of marine activity, both within the marine terminal restricted zone, subsea pipeline and movements of MSV’s when outside of the zone.Job Role Responsibilities
Business/Operations:- Scheduling, vetting and approval of export tankers, which will load at the marine terminal. Advise on suitability of particular vessels to attend the terminal
- Coordinate, with the operations supervisor for the actual berthing operation of the export tanker upon her arrival at the marine terminal
- Management of in-field MSV movements with respect to the export tanker. Including, both the berthing and un berthing operations and the floating hose handling, connection and disconnection
- Advising the Master, officers and crew of the export tanker of terminal requirements with respect to the Terminal Information Manual and safe terminal operations complying with industry best practice. Including communications with the export tanker or Master’s agent prior to her arrival at the marine terminal
- Coordinate between the export tanker and the FSO control room during cargo loading and crude oil transfer operations
- Terminal Inspections of export tanker to ensure that all vessels achieve and meet company standards
- Control and coordination of in fields MSV’s and any other marine movements with respect to non-export activities, such as port visits (Tuban), bunkering, fandering, transfer of fresh water and in-field marine activities such as diving operations, anchor handling and buoy laying activities
- Maintenance and update of all records on export operation and export tankers. Including delivery of Bills of Landing to the master of the export tanker and cargo owners. Cargo documentation for government officials, independent cargo surveyors, agents and the company
- All monitoring, inspections and change out requirements for the cargo hoses and mooring hawsers. Including the upkeep of records of inspection and planned maintenance. Coordinating with the maintenance supervisor and the operations supervisor when change outs are required. He will supervise all hose change-outs
- Ensuring sufficient equipment and spares are available on site or in the warehouse relative to the export mooring equipment and the off-loading floating hose
- Ensuring that all aspects of the Security Plan are implemented as per the ISPS code

- Ensure compliance to environmental and safe work practices
- Comply to reporting guidelines for all environmental, safety and security incidents
- Emergency Response Responsibilities
- Secondary role as emergency control center team member when on the FSO
- Secondary role as emergency coordinator when on an export tanker
- Primary role as emergency coordinator during oil spill response, relative to marine activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum entry level - Class 2 Deck Officer (Class 1 Master mariner preferred) or class ½ Pilot license
- Minimum will include site experience as Assistant Mooring Master and successful mooring/unmooring operations followed by field competency assessment performed by 2 qualified mooring masters.
Competencies:
- Provide leadership and develop teamwork skills within business group
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Analytical thinker, enthusiastic, self-directed and customer focused
- Sound understanding of business practices and controls
- Strong background in training/mentoring
- Will hold a valid class 1 (Master Mariner) certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a liquid Petroleum Endorsement. A class 1 certificate of competency is essential
- A high level of computer ability and skills are essential for this position.

2. Customer Engagement Analyst
Customer Engagement Analyst is responsible and accountable for supporting and maintaining day-to-day and ad-hoc request of customer-facing and non-customer-facing services (e.g. desktop, printer, telecommunication, server, network, storage services and computer room management) for ExxonMobil affiliates in Indonesia. The incumbent ensures that system/service environment comply with global S&C and infrastructure standards/practices and meet the business requirements; with considering cost effectives.
Job Role Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Operate and maintain customer-facing and non-customer-facing services with Safety and according to ExxonMobil guidelines and Security & Controls practices with cost and asset management knowledge and awareness
- Support the design and implementation of the IT Services (e.g. Network, Server, Automation, etc)
- Provide user consultation & training
- Support regional and global project/initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve services problems (either hardware or software) and escalate to regional/global support as needed
- Perform system maintenance as required
- Administer equipment contracts and service contracts related to computing/telecommunication services
- Produce performance stewardship reports
- Perform other work as requested by supervisor (such as safety programs, audit response, security and controls self-assessment, team building)
Competencies:
- Good technical skills in one or more IT infrastructure areas (network/telecom, programming, servers, databases)
- Good awareness in system security and controls
- Good command of English language (both written and verbal)
- Broad knowledge of system design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Independent, proactive and flexible
- Working knowledge of cost analysis and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
- Min 1 Years in Telecom/IT Department/Company.
