Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), which later on was changed into Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Madura Strait.
HCML was formerly known as Husky Oil (Madura) Limited (“HOML”). As the operator of Madura Strait, HCML is currently owned by Husky Oil Madura Partnership (“HOMP”), CNOOC South East Asia Limited (“CNOOC”), and SMS Development Limited (“Samudra”).

Job Position
Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.Senior Drilling Engineer
Responsibilities:- Experience on preparing budgeting, work plan, AFE, drilling program, post mortem, PIS/P3, Close Out Report.
- Work with other Department to ensure optimum well deliverability, smooth drilling operation, optimum drilling timeline, effective drilling cost, and secure wellhead platform handover.
- Closely monitor drilling operation and actual well cost.
- Working in the offshore as drilling engineer on site to ensure the drilling operation is carried out as per drilling program.
- Having good knowledge on the Well view or equivalent software, Landmark DSWE, and SAP system.
- Work with Economic Planning Department to prepare cost estimation and drilling plan for new field development (FID and POD).
- Adhering to all forms and guideline and following applicable country and local law standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related major.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Drilling Engineer and 2 years experience as Drilling Supervisor.
- Experience on drilling directional and gas well offshore, prepare budgeting, work plan, tender documents, AFE, drilling program, EOWR, PIS/P3, COR.
- Tracking operation and technical support for operation.
- Excellent communication skill and coordination with SKK Migas regarding drilling program, operation tracking and monitoring, cost recovery.
- Expert on using the Well-view or equivalent software, Landmark DSWE, and SAP system.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Normal working office environment.
- Required travel to sites during drilling activities, offshore working environment.
