Requirement:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in health & safety an/or environmental or technical/ engineering
- Membership of relevant professional and industry associations
- Min 17 years working experience in upstream oil and gas industry and at least 15 years in health, safety and environmental functions in exploration, drilling, project and production activity.
- Shall have experience leading and managing HSE MS auditing and possess Lead Auditor certificate for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.area production facility (topside and subsea) inspection, certification, maintenance and repair, and asset integrity management.
- Have an good understanding of HSE Management System, Contractor HSE Management System, and HSE Standards and Procedures.
- Familiar with Indonesia Government Regulations related to HSE and International HSE Standards and Codes.
- Shall have a strong knowledge and skill on risk management including bowtie, hazops, hazid, etc.
- Shall have a working knowledge of oil and gas safety case and process safety.
- Have as working knowledge in accident investigation techniques, such as SCAT, 5 Whys, Tripod beta, etc. and experience in leading accident investigation.
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.
2. Operation Excellence Specialist
Job Summary:
This operations leadership role provides technical expertise through the identification of business improvement opportunities executed through the development and implementation of targeted improvement plans across all Premier operated assets. The Operations Excellence Specialist will develop and implement best practice and procedures to continually improve Production Operations performance in the Indonesia Business Unit, as well as champion cross discipline improvement programmes that support continuous improvement, including operations employee performance/ development and contracted third party services.
This is a strategic role within the operations team, and provides an opportunity for an experienced operations professional with a demonstrated background in the identification, planning, execution and engagement of performance improvement across a breadth of operations activities. Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement are a necessity of the incumbent, as well as an understanding of change management principles. The preferred candidate must be able to demonstrate case history of performance improvement programmes and leadership across a wide section of an organization that they do not have direct line management of.
Accountable to give provision of Operations Excellence advice, expertise and guidance to production assets and new developments as required and drive initiatives to completion that contribute to long-term sustainable Operational Excellence.
Requirement:
- A degree in Engineering or Technical discipline is essential. Qualification in a secondary technical discipline or engineering degree would be considered advantageous.
- Total oilfield experience > 20 years, preferably at least 15 years of which are with an operating Oil Company.
- Previous Supervisory or Managerial experience essential (preferably in more than one discipline) including offshore installation(s).
- A strong operational background is essential with direct offshore leadership experience.
- Must be a proven leader with demonstrated experience in the creation and successful execution of change programmes.
- A working knowledge of HSE Legislation is required.
- A working knowledge in CMMS, Safe System of Work, Loss Management and reporting is essential.
- The candidate will have a strong operational background, preferably including exposure to Production, Maintenance, Well Operations and Engineering Projects.
- The Candidate must have a proven successful track record at a leadership level, with emphasis on HSE, Continual Improvement and delivery of innovation in a technical environment.
- The candidate must be capable of articulating a vision, complemented with detailed planning and execution of delivery, whilst influencing others they do not have direct supervision of.
- Must be an enthusiastic advocate of Change and Continual Improvement.
