1. Planning Analyst

Job Description:

• Ensure Supply Continuity at Optimal Cost and Supply Security with No Impact to Customers
• Ensure Portfolio mapping to any new sources that could be identified *Critical Path Item
• Ensure BO, components, production and finished goods build up and ramp down strategy and plans 
• Establish any Supply Network plan (SKUs by source, by lane and by when) to ensure supply continuity * Critical Path Item (To feed into Logistics Requirements, Lanes and Warehouse Capacity)
• Flawless execution of the supply source change, stock build strategy, ramp up/down supply and GSAP system changes++* Critical Path Item (To feed into Supplier Readiness)
• Optimize the supply for lowest possible cost to serve 
• Develop Business Continuity Planning to ensure sufficient backup to the selected supply.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on supply chain experience
• Supply Chain Planning experience preferred 
• Excellent analytical skills synthesize complex problems into clear language essential
• Excellent communication and presentation skills preferred
• Efficient handling of multiple projects at the same time preferred
• Experience with ERP system implementations, GSAP and APO preferred
• Good stakeholders’ management skills and ability to influence without authority preferred.

2. Maintenance Supervisor

Work Location: Marunda, Bekasi - Indonesia

Job Expires: September 7, 2018

Job Description:

• Maintain to the highest availability all plant equipments and facilities at the good performance.
• Ensure Maintenance activities are carried out including the keeping of records, monitoring of maintenance costs, and production performance, and are performed in accordance with the agreed schedules and consistent with HSSE rules and regulations including the PTW system.
• Proactively implemented all HSSE aspects of engineering activity execution and amongs team members and service providers.
• Ensure Maintenance is carried out in accordance with L-GAME (MMS) and other plant maintenance activity.
• Work with Blending, Filling Supervisors and other related department to ensure asset availability is maximized.
• Coach, train and lead maintenance operators in performance of their duties.
• Seek, challenge and encourage improvements in all aspects of engineering and maintenance execution for the Plant.
• Sharing of best practices through the maintenance operator, production supervisor, production operator and others related stake holder as necessary. 
• Maintain, control the equipment records and develop inspection check list, maintenance history of plant identifying operating conditions that could affect the scheduling of inspection programs or influence equipment life.
• Train related to the technical competencies of facilities and operations engineers to maintenance operators, production supervisors, and production operators and contractors workers. 
• Establish competence and successor planning for all related vacancies and staff  
• Seeking improvement and development to achieve engineering and maintenance’ KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experiences: min. of 2 years as Maintenance Engineer or more than 4 years as similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of all common manufacturing/plant facilities (utility, process control system, electrical, pumping, heating etc.).
• Familiar or Expert on MMS (Maintenance Management System) and Material Stock Control setup, maintain and implementation.
• Knowledge of plant or manufacturing operation safety practices and regulations.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent planning, leadership abilities, initiative, decision making and problem Solving/Analysis.
