1. Mechanical Technician

Job Role Summary:
The Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining mechanical and rotating equipment on the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner to ensure that the equipment complies with the defined standards and regulatory requirements. The tasks include Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

Expected Competencies:

• Analytical/Problem solving skills especially in mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written etc.
• Good understanding of Indonesian regulations applicable to operations of onshore oil and gas installations.

Expected Qualifications:

• A minimum of Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 (ten) years as mechanical technician in oil and gas or petrochemical industries
• General computing skills (Microsoft word, excel, and preferably SAP)
• Strong rotating equipment troubleshooting and diagnostic experiences (turbine, centrifugal compressor, screws compressor, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, and mechanical seal system).
• Preferably has experience in machinery rotor balancing.
• Preferably has experience in commissioning and start-up of rotating equipment.
• Preferably RCFA trained.

2. Artificial Lift Technician

Job Role Summary

• Banyu Urip CPF consists of a Crude stabilization and Gas Treatment plant which receives oil from several well pads which consist of  Oil Production wells, Gas Injection wells and Water injection wells.
• The position of Artificial Lift Techncian is responsible for the safe operations of all production, gas lift and injection wells at the Banyu Urip CPF during normal Production periods, Maintenance activities and Drilling / Work over activities.
• This position is responsible for managing work permits and work preparation at Well pad locations as per Exxon Mobil’s Wellbore integrity and Work management systems.

Job Role Responsibilities:

1. Maintain safe operations and surveillance of Production, Artificial Lifts and Injection wells in accordance with Wellbore Integrity Management and Practices.

• Perform Critical valve and Annulus integrity checks
• Monitor and bleed production annulus as required
• Prepare wells for work over/ Drilling activities
• Working with engineering functions to ensure that Artificial Lifts performance is optimal
• Gathering and reporting Gas Lifts KPIs to the asset team
• Providing analysis of recommendations for Artificial Lifts well and system performance to asset team.

2. Ensure wellhead reporting is maintained in CCR,  this includes;

• Well completion reports
• Wellhead critical valve and annulus testing
• Well production tests including 4 point curves

3. Prepare wells for Maintenance and Drilling/well work activities in accordance with ExxonMobil Work management System

• Manage work permits  in accordance with OIMS 6-4 Work management system
• Prepare and implement isolation certificates in accordance with OIMS 6-4
• Review Drilling / Work over programs

4. Perform regular visual surveillance for wells flow lines to ensure the integrity & to identify abnormality such as leakage, corrosion, vibration, soil movement/slide, high noise, etc.

5. Perform minor maintenance such as replacing pressure gauge, assisting contractor to perform bottom-hole pressure monitoring maintenance, maintain tidiness & housekeeping of working area.

6. Report to CCR operations.

7. Conduct Field Permit Assessment and LPO for ongoing activity and discuss with work group or personal for nonconformance

8. Responsible for supporting the Operations Emergency Response activities relating to the position1.

Competencies:

• Competent on the safety, administrative, technical training and general competencies requirements associated with this position as documented in the Company operations-approved training roadmap
• Competent in understanding well completion drawings
• Competent in understanding Drilling / Work programs
• Competent in understanding Gas lift Operations
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• High integrity and having high standard of Safety Awareness
• Having good communication, Interpersonal and Analytical/Problem Solving Skills.
• Good understanding of Wellbore Integrity Managements/Practices

Qualifications:

• A minimum of grade 12 or an equivalent high school education, preferably enhanced by related technical school course.
• Minimum of 10 years of Artificial Lifts/well operation and crude oil processing plant or other production operation experience.
