Job Position

Seascpae Surveys Indonesia seeking suitable qualified and experienced personnel to join our team and support our growing range of projects to fill the following position.

1. HSE Manager (urgently required)

Job Summary:
Responsible for Manage, implement and continuous development HSE Management System across Seascape Surveys Indonesia, and also advise Senior Management related on HSE issues.

Requirement:

• Majoring Occupational Health & Safety or Environment Engineering, from reputable university.
• Managerial experience min 7 years
• Offshore experience min 5 years
• Able to supervise and train assigned staff including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Deep Knowledge and experience in HSE local regulation, HSE Vessel, HSE Project
• Having strong experience in Health Care Professional on vessel, First Aider, and 24/7 Medical Service
• Able to develop and present educational program and/or workshop (assigned as a Trainer Representative
• Deep Knowledge in HSE Management System with strong experience in IMO, SOLAS, IMCA, OSHA, IADC, GHS, and MARPOL is advantage.
• Experience implementation CSMS.
• Certified AK3 Umum and/or AK3 Migas is an advantage
• Having strong knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Fluent in English Business (conversation & writing)
• Good skill in MS office program
• Certified as an Auditor is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Karanggan Office base, Gn.Putri – Bogor.

2. Inspection Project Coordinator

Job Summary: 

Team leader for daily Inspection project activities, field operational, work scheduling to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime, and liaise with on-board client representative.

Requirement: 

• Majoring in Geodetic Engineering, Ocean Engineering, any relevant education background
• Offshore experience min 5-7 years
• Having strong experience in IRM Project, Inspection Technique & Equipment
• Having certificate 3.4U – Underwater Inspection 
• Fluent in English Business (conversation & writing)
• High initiative, motivate person, analytical and having problem solving skills
• Mastery in MS Project
• Familiar with various Inspection in-house software system but not limited to commercial system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and also able to work effectively with a wide range of people
• Willing to work in Karanggan Office base, Gn.Putri – Bogor.
