PBAS is to accommodate and synergize 56+ years’ outstanding experiences of Pertamina Oil Refinery and Gas management and 40 years Badak LNG and Arun LNG world class operations. PBAS supported by resources and facilities of Pertamina, Badak LNG, Arun LNG, and our other networks in energy business in Indonesia and worldwide.

Job Position

PT Patra Badak Arun Solusi currently looking for experienced candidate to fill some positions. The vacant positions are as described below and if you are interested in fulfilling these positions:

1. Mgr. QHSE (Email Subject: MGR-QHSE)

  • Min. S1, Safety & Environmental engineering major, or related 
  • Male, min. 40 years old  
  • Min. 15 years practical experience in EPC company and min. 5 years experienced as QHSE Manager
  • Having good knowledge of QHSE  
  • Well known in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS Standards and QHSE Management systems is highly preferred  
  • Holding Certification of Ahli K3 Lingkungan (Environmental Safety Expert – a mandatory certification from Ministry of Manpower).  
  • Familiar with Environmental Audit process.
  • Strong leadership and management skill 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Good command in English both Written and Spoken.

2. Sr. Auditor (Email Subject : Auditor)

  • Min. S1 Accounting
  • Min. 5 years experienced in EPC Company
  • Good Analytical  
  • Good in communication skill.

3. Operational & Maintenance Manager (Email Subject: MGR-OM)

  • Min. S1, Engineering
  • Min. 15 years practical experience in EPC company and min. 5 years experienced at the same position 
  • Strong Leadership and management skill
  • Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
  • Good command in English both Written and Spoken.

4. Sr. Civil Engineer (Email Subject: CIVIL)

  • Min. S1 in Mechanical
  • Min. Experienced 5 yrs in EPC Company
  • Good Analitycal, Organizational and planning skills
  • Good in communication and negotiations skill
  • Good command in English both Written and Spoken.

5. Spv. UPS Engineer - Project Based (Email Subject : SPV UPS)

  • Min. S1 Electrical/ IT
  • Exp min 3 yrs in UPS and Battery Charger Maintenance Project
  • Good Analitycal, Organizational and planning skills
  • Strong Leadership
  • Good in communication and negotiations skill.

6. Quality Management Officer (Email Subject: QMO)

  • Min. S1 Electrical or Physic Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experienced in EPC Company
  • Well known in ISO ISO and OHSAS
  • Good in communication skill  
  • Good command in English both Written and Spoken.
