Responsibilities:

To plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control the implementation of HSE activities

HSE Procedures:

  • Develop project specific emergency management procedures and emergency response team by collaborating closely with government authorities and other relevant external institutions

HSE Implementation:

  • Ensure that the implementation of Contractor Safety Management Systems, such as Risk Assessment, Project Pre-qualification, Contractor Selection, Pre Job Activity, Work in Progress and Final Evaluation compliance with BPMIGAS regulations
  • Manage and ensure that the implementation of day - to – day HSE compliance with procedures
  • Manage and ensure that the implementation of day-to-day HSE during drilling operations compliance with HSE procedures
  • Carried out HSE audit / inspection, perform risk assessment, incident / accident investigation and process analysis, provision of  proper personal protective equipment and coordinate training
  • Maintain HSE statistical report in compliance with SKKMIGAS and Ditjen Migas reporting requirements

Monitor and Track the HSE Findings/Corrective actions register for HSE issues ensuring actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in timely manner for such finding :

  • ISO 14001

Main Duties:

  • Supervise the achievement of predetermined work targets/programs through monitoring and evaluating project progress.
  • Ensure there is no NPT (Non-Productive Time) in the assigned work area.
  • Supervise slickline project activities and ensure they are executed correctly and in compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
  • Resolve problems that occur or may arise in the slickline project under their responsibility.

3. HSE Field Coordinator

Serve as key contact for HSE issues assigned at field to ensure all stages of project are safely executed within time and budget with high quality as required by COMPANY. This includes HSE activities during installation up to start up newly built or modified facilities so that the risk to the people, environment, asset and or image will be as low as practicable.


General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Occupational Health and Safety:

  • Assume overall HSE initiatives and coordination for safe conduct of projects execution at offshore and onshore, FPU through inculcation of Company values as a working and living culture.  This includes enhancing compliance within the contractor, FPU with Company HSE Management Systems and Processes as identified from HSE Case, Golden Rules, Legislative requirements and advice processes that will enhance Incident and Injury-free operation. The incumbent is also to ensure that awareness of emergency procedures and response is well communicated to all project inmates and visitors
  • Facilitate / coordinate development and management of the project HSE Plans.
  • Facilitate project Leadership Team meetings including HSE gap assessment, facility assessments, and benchmarking, Leadership Personal Commitment and ensures gaps are closed, metrics are reported and plans

Inventory and Logistic

Duties & Responsibilities:
Main Purpose of Job is to assist with running the Stores function

Functions:
  • Receiving Materials
  • Receive and processing material request from users, either for Inventory or non-inventory items.
  • Maintain Min Max Qty and Reporting Inventory as per PFST standard.
  • Ensure the Material Request to be applied as procedure in place.
  • Do the cycle count and maintain physical quantity to be tally as per PFST record.

Safety: Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to as far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.

Other:
  1. Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
  2. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
  3. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING:
E – Essential P – Preferred
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management (E)
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills. (E)
  • Be reliable and honest (E)
  • Able to work with one or more project teams simultaneously (E)
  • Able to work as part of a team an on autonomously (E)
  • Have good IT skills (E)
  • Have knowledge on Inventory database (E)
  • Able to communicate in English written and verbal (E)

  • Able to produce accurate and well-presented work (E)
  • Be reliable and honest (E)
  • High level of attention to detail, and accuracy in all areas of work (E)

EXPERIENCE (WORK):
  • Three plus (3+) years related Logistics and inventory experience desired, preferably in an oil and gas industry environment.  (E)
  • Experience working in an office environment (E)
  • Experience of working on Projects (P)

EXPERIENCE (SOFTWARE):
  • Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel (E)
  • Adobe Acrobat (E),
  • Other supporting platform in SCM –PFST.
